The TechCool™ Collection: Cooling T-shirts, Shorts, and Sports Accessories
Put them on. Move. That’s it. TechCool™ technology is the simplest thermal regulation system on the market: a technical fabric that manages heat as soon as you start sweating—no water, no preparation required.
This collection features sports apparel and accessories equipped with TechCool™, G-Heat’s passive cooling fiber. Each product works dry, continuously, as long as you’re moving.
The TechCool™ line covers tops, bottoms, and headwear:
- Tops: the men’s cooling sports T-shirt, part of the TechCool™ cooling T-shirt collection.
- B BottomsB : the men’s cooling sports shorts and the women’s cooling sports shorts, part of the cooling shorts line.
- Headwear: the lightweight, unisex cooling sports headband, which wicks sweat away from your forehead.
TechCool™ is just one of G-Heat’s four cooling technologies. For static activities or extreme heat, Jadecool technology and its jade crystals take over. This collection, however, is designed for active sports.
How does TechCool™ technology work?
It’s the fabric that does the work, not an accessory. That’s what sets TechCool™ apart from all other thermoregulation systems.
The TechCool™ fiber is based on a multi-layered technical weave. This weave absorbs sweat and promotes its rapid evaporation. As it evaporates, the moisture carries body heat away. The result: an immediate cooling sensation and skin that stays dry.
The key difference lies in how it’s activated. Traditional cooling technologies require some effort:
- Wet-activated textiles (such as JadeCool™ fiber with its jade crystals): you have to wet, wring out, and shake them to activate the cooling effect.
- Phase-change inserts: you have to put the packs in the freezer before you head out.
- TechCool™: nothing. The fabric activates on its own, using air and your own sweat.
No water source, no fridge, no gel. Passive, dry cooling that can be reused indefinitely, wherever you go.
“We designed TechCool™ for athletes who don’t have time to soak their clothes. You put it on, you run, and the fabric does the work as long as you’re moving. It’s the most direct cooling we know how to produce.” — Édouard Castaignet, founder of G-Heat
