The system is quick and easy to use, with no complicated preparation required. For evaporative products (JADECOOL™, POLYCOOL), all you need is water. For the PCM cooling neck wrap, simply place the insert in the refrigerator or freezer 45 minutes before use.

1. Soak your accessory in water until it is completely saturated. Hot water, cold water, lukewarm water: the temperature doesn’t matter.
2. Wring out the fabric with a firm squeeze. The accessory should be damp, not dripping. For wristbands, squeeze gently without twisting.
3. Put it on and enjoy the immediate coolness. As soon as the product dries out, simply repeat the process to reactivate the cooling effect. It can be reused indefinitely without any loss of performance.

A well-maintained accessory retains its cooling properties season after season. The technical fabric of our products requires a few simple precautions to remain effective and durable over many years of use.

• Washing (evaporative products): Hand washing is recommended, or machine wash on cold (30°C maximum) with minimal spin cycle. Use a mild detergent, without fabric softener or bleach. Air dry only: the dryer damages the jade microcrystals and polymer fibers.
• Washing (PCM cooling neckband): Hand wash only, without detergent, using a damp sponge. Dry with a clean cloth. Do not machine wash.
• Storage: Always store your accessory completely dry. Never store it while damp to prevent mold. No ironing required.
