Always remove the battery before washing your heated clothing. Use a mild detergent without fabric softener and choose hand washing whenever possible. If you use a washing machine, select a gentle cycle at 30°C with minimal spin. Avoid tumble dryers, bleach or dry cleaning, and don't wring the clothes to prevent damage to the heating system.

Disconnect batteries after use and store them in a dry place at room temperature. Keep batteries charged at all times and recharge them every 3 to 4 months to extend their lifespan, even during summer months.
